the addendum says that the rent becomes $3,200 starting september 1st, so they aren't getting extra money for July and August. Also, it's not clear why Garret would need to pay a deposit, because she says that they're going to return 1/4 of the original deposit to the four original leaseholders, making it zero sum (even though only 3 people paid the original deposit).

Please find attached the roommate addendum adding Garret to the lease. Please all sign 6 (including Andrew's guarantor- which can be faxed/emailed separately if needed) the form and send back to me. Also, I still have not rec'd the signed disclosures that I sent to you on July 25. They are attached again. Please all 5 of you sign these, adding Garret's name, and get them back to me as well.  Also, I need Garret to sign the original lease on the 7th page, and last page.

 

Lastly, since Garret moved in in mid JUne the rent for July and August was $3200/mo, as agreed on by the owner and you all. Please submit the balance due with your Sept rent. Don't forget I do need the sec dep from Garret as well.
