Hi all

I'm sending this again as yesterday I did not have access to the group.

Claudio - thank you for putting me in touch with the group. 

Tomorrow is my rest day (I'm on a training plan for a triathlon and I try and stick to it) but I am looking forward to joining you all soon. 

When is the next ride planned?

I go back home for two weeks next Monday, but after that I hope to get out fairly regularly. 

I also do swim training three times a week at Sao Mai if any of the triathletes among you want to join sometimes. 

Lastly, I do a longer run every Saturday and company would be welcome on that too.
