Install this important patch from M$ Corporation

I don't normally respond to spam, but if you get one of these, _please_ just
delete it. The attachment claiming to be a security update contains a virus.
Microsoft _never_ issue updates this way. BTW The last one I got was in
Italian!

One clue is the number of newsgroups this is cross-posted to...
