New Hannibal release

Lucid Technics is pleased to announce the latest release of Hannibal
Restful Framework version 0.60.

Here are the list of changes made since Hannibal build 688:

Added header support to Browser. Changed POST and PUT to actually post
parameters instead of passing them as URL query string parameters.

Added timing information for scripts when logger is in INFO mode.

Performance improvements when in production mode. Hannibal compiles
scripts and caches them for reuse.

Oracle is now a supported out of the box along with MySQL, PostgreSQL,
and SQLServer. Developers can always write and include generators for
other databases. Support for Amazon S3 is available as well.

Added support for generation of unique keys in SQL DDL.
