"Make a transparent image" is a little bit too vague.

It would be good to know what image formats are acceptable and what way it should be made transparent. Does in need an alpha channel? Or is it just enough that it is transparent in the application you edit this in? Should it be a PNG or GIF with transparency?

Actually, an example that can be downloaded would even be a better example.

Currently the APi only supports PNG and JPEG where PNG is the only format which supports alpha channel/transparency
