Can't Get lower thirds to work

When clicking on the app, it seems as though it is going to appear on the left hand side, however, nothing ever comes up.  It remains blank although the other aps (eg: google effects, google docs) seem to work just fine.

 

The first time I tried it yesterday, the information appeared on the left hand side.  I was able to add information; however, once I closed that google hangout session, I haven't been able to get the lower thirds app to work again.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Brian,

have you tried to clear your cache? And to re-install the google talk plugin?
