Does "install" mean open the app?

Hi,

I've "installed" the app from the link provided http://goo.gl/VjrO5

But I can't find it anywhere at my profile.

Is there a "installed app" tab or smth?

Do I have to use that link everytime I want to use Hangout Lower Third?

New to this g+ app thing..

The app is on the featured app list. You can just launch it by clicking the "+Add App" button in the hangout and select it from the list.
