Address XT 1.60 released today.

Changes in this version:
- Added TomTom Navigator integration.
- Added battery level display on non-Treo devices.
- Added "Turn on Bluetooth on Dial" option for non-Treo devices with
bluetooth.
- Birthday reminder is now visible in Address List screen.
- Improved Edit screen and Enter S/N screen on Treo's.
- Improved E-Mail to Contact and Contact Map screens.
- Fixed DIA issues.
- Fixed button mapping on Tx.
- Fixed beaming issues.
- Fixed stability issues on Treo's.
