Changes in this version:
- Default phone types in Contact Edit now conform to built-in software.
- Improved SMS sending.
- Fixed problems deleting contact on some devices.
- Fixed Custom fields renaming from Edit screen bug.
- Fixed 5-Way Lookup Problems.
- Added field switching with Tab and Shift-Tab on Tungsten C.
