Problem: Runtime error

Solution:

First of all make sure you are using the latest version of Handy Backup available for your key which corresponds to the OS architecture (32-bit/64-bit). The latest versions can be downloaded by clicking the following links or copying them to your browser:

If after the installing of the new version the problem persists, try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 packages. You may download them clicking the following links
