Can't access source data at 'localhost\Computer\Z$\DATA'

I regularly get the above error message when backups begin, the backup task then appears to carry on and complete successfully. I raised this as a helpdesk call nearly 3 weeks ago but to date I have received no assistance.
Can anyone in the group assist.
