I can't seem to get any help from the Novosoft/Handy Backup people despite several emails and providing them with the requested logs.
Maybe someone else can help, I hope.
Here are the details:
Handy Backup 7.4.0 built on June 17, 2013
64 Bit version
Installed on:
NEW but completely updated 64 bit Windows 7 computer with i5 processor
Error displayed - Start backup transaction failed.
Version is registerred.
I have uninstalled and downloaded again, reinstalled - still have error.
Computer is on a domain - I have tried running software as administrator - still have error.
I will be happy to provide any additional information that would be helpful.
