Sometimes this issue may appear because of the firewall blocking Handy Backup applications.
Try adding the
following .exe files to the exceptions in your firewall (they should be in the
installation folder): BackupNetworkCoordinator.exe, BackupNotifyService.exe,
Update.exe, BackupServer.exe, BackupWorkstation.exe, BackupClient.exe, hbcc.exe
If that doesn't help you will need to execute the following steps:
1) Set up static IP

2) Restart your PC
3) Wait some time after the start of the OS and then run Handy Backup.
