Problem: Installation package of Handy Backup Disaster Recovery can’t be downloaded
Solution 1:
You may download the Installation package Handy Backup Disaster Recovery clicking the following links or copying them to your browser:
http://online.remotedatabackup.net/downloads/hbdr12_env.dat
http://online.remotedatabackup.net/downloads/hbdr14_hb.dat
After downloading these two files you should put them in the following directory where they are located by default:
\AppData\Roaming\Novosoft\HBDR\Packages\ (depends on you OS)
After running Recovery Drive Creation Wizard the download process will be skipped and you will be able to go to the next step to choose USB or Flash drive.
Solution 2:
Download the Installation package Handy Backup Disaster Recovery clicking the following links or copying them to your browser:
http://online.remotedatabackup.net/downloads/hbdr12_env.dat
http://online.remotedatabackup.net/downloads/hbdr14_hb.dat
Create a new folder anywhere you like (for example D:\HBDR) and put these files there. After that put the following files in the same folder:
You may request them from the support (sup...@handybackup.net)
Then run Recovery Drive Creation Wizard and choose the folder where files hbdr12_env.dat and hbdr14_hb.dat are located.
The download process will be skipped and you will be able to go to the next step to choose USB or Flash drive.
