iDMSS or gDMSS plus is video surveillance software that enables users to remotely monitor live videos coming from the CCTV cameras installed at their place. It supports Dahua CCTV Camera, XVR, NVR, HDCVI CCTV Camera, IP Cameras, etc. Some excellent features of iDMSS Plus are push alarm, video playback, invisible task wheel, finger gesture, windows slide, etc. iDMSS plus is an upgraded version of iDMSS lite for pc. It is not the best surveillance tool but works best if you want to remotely monitor live footage of the cameras installed at your office or home.

I set up clients remote viewing using Static IP route port forwarded to their NVR. All works well on both idmss and gdmss (phone app and PC app). Then after what appears to be around 3 months or so they cannot connect anymore.
I'm heading to one site on Monday but if I find that the site has not changed their IP and nothing else has been changed I'm not sure where to go. There's not some sort of software expiration thing with idmss or gdmss is there ?
