Hello all,

 

We’ve received a few questions regarding the e-mail inquiries from volunteers through the new system.

 

When you receive an e-mail from a volunteer expressing interest in your project the e-mail will provide their name, phone number and e-mail address.

 

You’ll also see their e-mail address in the “from” field.

 

When you click reply, the “to” e-mail address changes to a series of num...@volunteersolutions.org.

 

PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THIS “TO” ADDRESS.

 

When you reply using this system it tracks that the inquiry was replied to in the volunteer’s and the agency’s account and forwards your message onto the volunteer.

 

 

Also if you do not see the volunteers phone number or e-mail address in the interest message, you may need to login to your AGENCY Account to see that information.
