IRS Form 990, 990-EZ or 990-N Due
Beginning in 2010, tax-exempt organizations that have not filed (IRS
Form 990, 990-EZ or 990-N) for three consecutive years will lose their
tax-exempt status. For organizations with a fiscal year end of
December 31, your annual information return is due to the IRS by May
15. If your organization (including organizations with annual gross
receipts of $25,000 or less) has not yet filed your 2009 tax forms,
please contact your accountant as soon as possible.
