To print your booklet, go to File > Print. Booklet templates are designed to make sure the page sequence and orientation will be correct if you print them on both sides of the paper, flipped along the short edge.
Hey Brian! The way I always insert images in Word is by creating a shape (typically rectangle) and choosing a fill image. Doing it this ways allow MUCH more flexibility in placement. The annoying part about doing it this way is making sure you can manually size the box accordingly, otherwise the picture will look stretched or squeezed. Hope this helps!
I have been searching for HOURS to find something like this, thank you so much! I am curious if you ever made a 1/4 template? If not, I will more than likely be using this 1/2 template. Thank you again so much for rescuing me from the depths of the internet! ?
Hi Grave, this is a really good question! In Word, you unfortunately can not create columns within in text boxes, which is what each page is. What you can do to work around that incapability is create additional text boxes and format them for each page individually. This will require extra layout work, but it will be worth it if that is the design you are going for!
Hi, this is great! Although I am wondering how you break the link between text boxes? Some of my text boxes will not be flow and there are multiple sections to my zine so this makes it quite difficult. Thanks!
I am so happy to find your template, but I am having a hard time copying and pasting into the 28 page format template. When I copy and paste text into page 4, it slips into page 1. Same with page 5. Is this a problem from my computer or should I try a different template? Maybe I can add some pages on and do the 32 page template instead. Looking forward to your advice. Thanks. v
TQ FOR SHARE, I am interested in making a book, if I can buy a book template of the front page, table of contents, until the final page in a Microsoft Office format. how much thanks

i dont know if im just being an idiot but i cant seem to be able to type in any of the text boxes i can type in the first but the others wont let me. itll start typing behind the boxes? i tried clicking edit text in the boxes but that doesnt work? i dont understand how to do this :/
Is the 8 page booklet in zine form? Which is to say, all 8 pages imposed on a single sheet that may be folded and, with a single cut in the middle, turned into a small book? I have only found an InDesign template so far. (And, yes, I know how to make an 8 page zine; what I need is a template that flows text from one zine page to another and flips it where needed to fold right-reading.) Thanks!
This is great! Thank you for all the work you did in creating all. Do you know where I can find a Word Template for a single page sine (to create a mini 8 section sine)? any and all help is greatly appreciate it! Thank you

I need a little more help. As my message below describes, I was able to
follow up on you suggestion and create a macro that does provide the results
that I want. And, I was able to successfully run that macro several times to
produce the desired results. However, after closing and saving the word document in which the macro is
stored, I am now unable to run the macro again. I get a message that says
"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or
the documentation of the host application to determine to determine how to
enable the macros."Well, OK. I've found the HELP section that supposedly tells me how to
enable macros. It has me ultimately selecting "Visual Basic for
Applications" and clicking "Run from My Computer." However, this does not
enable the macros. I have also tried changing the settings in Options,
Security, Macro Security to no avail. Do you have any other suggestions.
PS. I have WORD 2002 and Windows XP Professional; and I have no idea what I
may have done after the macro successfully ran several times to cause it to
become "not enabled."Thanks again for the earlier help. Since I got it to work as I wanted it
once, I am sure I will eventually get it to work that way again. But I am
hoping to make "eventually" sooner, rather than laterBest Regards
There are several ways you can go here:1. You can change the macro security level to medium. At this setting, you
will get a message box when you try to open a document containing macros,
giving you the choice of enabling or disabling them. I would advise that you
change the macro security level even if you go with suggestion 2 or 3
because it just makes sense to be able to have a choice in this matter.2. You can save the macro in Normal.dot instead of in your document.
Provided you have checked the box for "Trust all installed templates and
add-ins," as instructed in the Help topic, you will not get a macro warning
from any macros in Normal.dot.3. You can save your booklet layout as a template, in the User Templates
folder (the same one where Normal.dot is stored). Again, if the macro is in
a template, you will not get a warning when you create or open a new
document based on that template. If you're going to be reusing this layout,
this is the best way to go.
I actually had already been trying to fix the "problem" by changing the
security level of macro protection. What I was doing wrong, however, was not
totally closing out WORD after going to the medium security level. (I had
been changing the security, trying the macro again, then going back to the
original, high security setting when the macro still did not work.) Your
input was enough for me to realize that I needed to change the security
level, completely close out WORD (saving the new security setting), then
reopen WORD getting the message box about allowing macros to be enabled, then
enabling and running the macro. Your input has been a great time saver to me. Thanks.
When you have to create a booklet for a course assignment, it is a good idea to use the templates that come with Word. The Booklet templates are easy to locate in Word by following the directions below.
You should also be creative and visual so that your booklet grabs the attention of the reader. You can do this by inserting images. If you have sources to cite, the references in a booklet could look different than what you see in a research paper but will still include reference citations and in-text citations in APA format. Insert the reference citations on the last page under "References" and include the in-text citations near the image or text being cited. Refer to the APA guide when you have questions about formatting.
If you are a catholic Bride to be, you should know that recently the mass structure has changed. There are new text and new words for the mass order. This, of course, has affected all weddings and made many wedding templates online obsolete since they are not in use any more.
