  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ale (your choice)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine ale, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and pineapple juice in a bowl. Submerge the chicken breasts and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
