Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    Steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, prepare the cornbread batter by mixing the cornbread mix, eggs, and milk. Stir in cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour cornbread batter over the chicken mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
    Tips: Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor.
