Big Dave is on a roll. I'm officially out. Congrats in advance to the Top 3 for taking $50 of our delinquent past Commish, Sean and $10 of my money. I'll continue my responsibilities for this season as Commish, however I hope whomever wins this year does not repeat what our Sloppy Commish did this past season. The Handicappers Cup is a great tradition that needs to live on. I would just make one suggestion for next year. Lets use lines from http://www.vegasinsider.com/nfl/odds/las-vegas/ and specifically the VI Consensus which is line which occurs most frequent between all the Vegas sportsbook. I propose this for 2 reasons... 1) Getting the paper on a Sunday is a bitch for the Commish. 2) There is only 1 Phila paper, the Inqr, and it does not even have over/under lines anyway. Cuppers can post their picks to the Google Group with a screenshot of the line from the website.
