No Leaks, No Complaints from the Water-Hogging Hubby

Even though the previous reviewer gave this a one star review, I decided to chance it since I needed two WaterSmart shower heads as part of a great rebate program. I prefer the hand-held units since it makes cleaning the tub and shower a lot easier. I installed one in less than 5 minutes, tightening all the joints by hand and with a wrench. No leaks. Water pressure is fine (as a native Californian, I'm used to weak water pressure.) In fact, when you put the device on the massage setting, the water pressure is pretty darn awesome.
My only dilemma seems to be with Amazon. One of the showerheads was incorrect - they sent the wrong item (which I've never had happen before on Amazon.) Then the replacement was backordered. Got the replacement but it's missing the bracket that connects to the water spigot. Am awaiting another shipment. After a month, I'm hoping that I'll get the right configuration today.

Looks beautiful, but fails

I installed the Neo and it worked okay, initially. No leaks, but water pressure was very weak (I had hoped for something better from a Speakman, but the flow was worse than an old Waterpik). I re-installed my old Waterpik for comparison, and then re-installed the Neo. But when I removed the Neo, all these little parts (rubber washers and O-rings, and a white gizmo that I think is a vacuum breaker) spilled out. There were no instructions or pictures how to re-assemble everything. When I put the Neo back on, there was a major leak, water everywhere. I tried to re-install it 3 or 4 times, but no matter what I did, there were huge leaks. I have installed plenty of showerheads over the years, but I have never had this much trouble with a showerhead before.
I bought it primarily for the attractive design and because I hoped it would have good water pressure. The design is really beautiful. It does not look cheap or plasticky. It looks even better in "real life"
than it does in the picture. I am tempted to hang it in my bathroom as a work of art, just not connected to the water supply. I give it 5 stars for the "modern" design. But 2 stars for performance (low pressure), and 1 star for the leaks that make it unusable, and 1 star for the difficult installation.

don't waste your money

Save yourself the money and the time. I wish there was a review about this product before I purchased it, well let me be the first.
this thing leaks all over. it leaks out of the back of the unit. it leaks out of the bottom of the unit. I've purchased cheaper shower heads that weren't this bad. Perhaps it's time I start purchasing things from my local stores then it is easier to return them.
