Which music software works best for handbells

I have been using Print Music (Finale’s lite version) but I need something that will do more, which I know Finale and Sibelius will do. I have heard Sibelius is more user friendly, so would like to hear your opinions. I am leaning towards Sibelius, so am also wondering if anyone has that and no longer uses it; I’d like to buy but the price new is out of my range. Thanks.
