You can purchase ($2.99) a very simplified piano version (
http://www.sheetmusicdirect.com/se/ID_No/42368/Product.aspx) and there seems other ways to get a copy (purchase to download) but all with copywriter cautions so not useful for arrangement. Has anyone out there ever contacted Boosey & Hawkes Publisher about getting permission for a bell arrangement? C

I love this piece. However, it seems to be a real issue even to simply
purchase sheet music for the piece, let along arrange it, probably due to
its British copyright. Has anyone done any research on it?
