Milwaukee LGBTQ+ Handbell Ringers End Season with a Fabulous Finale: “Ringing Queens”

Darling, get your glitter ready: Milwaukee LGBTQ+ Handbell Ringers are closing out their very first season with “Ringing Queens: A Pop Concert,”  It’s giving showtunes, sequins, and full-on fabulousness.

There's two chances to bask in bell-tastic glory:

Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM – Memorial Lutheran Church, Glendale

Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM – Zao Church MKE, Milwaukee

This concert is a handbell-powered love letter to queer joy and pop culture. Expect Broadway bops, Hollywood glam, ABBA gold, old blue eyes Sinatra, Disney sparkle, Muppet mischief, and even a colonial-era surprise (because the queer agenda includes history, okay?).

It’s loud, proud, and delightfully campy—in other words, everything you never knew you needed from a handbell concert.

Doors swing open 30 minutes before showtime. Admission? Pay what you will—no gatekeeping here, just good vibes and good music.

So come thru, bring friends and fam, and let’s ring out this season in style!
