Mastering Musicianship in Handbells

Hello!

I am narrowing down my dissertation, and am now looking for "Mastering Musicianship in Handbells" (Allured), which I understand is permanently out of print. Amazon has a copy of this for almost $80, and while I do not want to spend that amount of money on one single book, I will if I have to.

Does anybody know of any publisher or entity that has a copy they'd be willing to sell (or are selling)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
