More bell history

Does anyone know anything about Shelley (Shelly), who invented the Shelly ( shelley) technique back in the day? Is she still ringing?

IIRC, PL Grove & Kathie Fink inteviewed Shelley for an issue of Overtones several years ago. Not sure if that issue would be online, but national may be able to help find it.

I have had this document in my files, apparently since 2001 (that's the date at the bottom) and have referred it often when doing an introduction to multiple bells techniques workshop.
