Announcement of HAND Rapid Response Committee Meeting Thursday Feb 5th at 12PM

Just a quick announcement that the HAND Rapid Response Committee will convene Thursday Feb 5th at 12PM (virtually, connection details below). The RR Committee is a special body established by the HAND bylaws that allows the board officers to make a decision in the place of the entire board when there are exigent circumstances. Any decisions made by the RR Committee must be ratified by the entire board at the next meeting, or the action must be rescinded.
In this case, we will consider approving another letter of support for a Human Access grant for improving riverfront access in our neighborhood. The board routinely approves these requests by large margins, so I expect this to be uncontroversial.
The meeting will start at 12PM and will last, I hope, about 5 minutes. This meeting, like all HAND meetings, is open to the public and you are welcome to attend. No other topics will be discussed. If you have any information you'd like us to consider, please either join us, or contact me before the meeting.
