Hello,

This is an announcement for the HAND Board Meeting, Tuesday Oct 14 at 7PM at St Philip Neri Church at 17th & Division. We meet in the admin building on the NW corner of the parking lot. Come in and turn right, and you'll find us.

The big topic this month is a discussion about The People's Depot, the non-profit Bottledrop site that is moving from Buckman to HAND and expanding its operations. We heard a presentation on the project last month, and there was a large public meeting discussing it this past Tuesday, so now is our time to figure out what we should do.

There are a few other items on the agenda, including a presentation about the Central Eastside Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Action Plan, a project that is just winding up and has the potential to impact the part of HAND west of SE 12th.
