Heads Up, Folks -

The proposed Residential Infill Project (RIP) Hearing before the City Council re-opens for Testimony at 2:00 pm TODAY, Wed. Feb. 12th. This is an opportunity to testify on proposed amendments to the RIP. Among them is a “deep affordability” proposal which would go beyond the 4 units currently proposed for most single family lots and allow up to 8 units per lot zoned for single dwellings.  Units above 4 units must be "affordable”.
