Hello,

My name is Juno, and I work for Portland Parks & Recreation Urban Forestry.

I am excited to share that we are in the midst giving away 4,000 free trees to Portlanders this fall!

With only around 1000 trees left, we are making another push to get the last trees out the door.

Would you share information about the program with your community?

Folks can REGISTER NOW for up to three trees.

Check out the species we are giving away this year!

Eligibility Reminder:

  • Trees must be planted within City of Portland limits.
  • Trees are for planting on private property, not as street trees.

Why Trees:
Trees provide essential services like cleaning the air we breathe, keeping us cool during the hot summer months, blocking noise, and improving our mental and physical health.

I have attached a graphic you can use to post to social media. Please let me know if you would like me to print and deliver flyers to you.  If you need materials translated into another language, please let me know.

Let’s deepen our roots by planting beautiful trees that make our neighborhoods feel like home—for us and for generations to come.
Thank you for your help!
