Something else to consider is a nomination to the HCRCC Advisory Committee. Chief Bob Grindle’s term has expired and he is willing to continue to serve, however I need a nomination from the HCFFA. Please let me know if you want this to wait until the April meeting as I will need to advise the Commissioners.

Subject: Cancelation of County Meeting at Castine
Due to the impending weather I have decided to cancel the County meeting scheduled for Tuesday 03-19-13 in Castine. No makeup date scheduled.
The only pressing issue is the Past Presidents need to come up with a slate of officers to be voted on at the annual meeting in Blue Hill, April 16th. That said Chief Bob Conary has submitted a letter indicating he does not wish to hold office after this term. Please take this into consideration. If anyone is interested in an officers position for the association please let one of the past presidents know.
