Subject: We need Haunted House Actors!!
Hello Everyone!
We are looking for individuals who are interested in participating as actors for the haunted house. We need roughly 45 people each night to make it a true success. Roles we need filled are actors for each room, admission collectors, tour guides, concession table, kid’s tour guides and actors, and a few other odd job roles.
The days the haunted house will run are:
Friday, October 21
Saturday, October 22
Sunday, October 23
Friday, October 28
Saturday, October 29
Sunday, October 30
Monday, October 31
Times:
Kids - 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. (Must be there by 4:00 p.m.)
Adults/Teens – 6:30 – 11:00 p.m. (Must be there by 6:00 p.m.)
We ask that you are available each night to keep consistency. If you cannot fulfill all hours of each night, please let us know so we can find replacement actors!
If you are interested in filling any of the listed roles, please email me, kimberl...@mdihospital.org. Be sure to include specific dates and times you are available and what role/roles you are interested in no later than FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23. This way we can put together a list and see how many more we need!
