Residents,
Looks like we are in for another 4''-8''. Possibly heavier than the previous storms. The crew is finishing up putting tire chains and plows back on. Per the winter maintenance policy the trucks will get started once there is 4'' at DPW.
On another note..... lets all remember that just because the state vehicle inspection requirement has ended, winter tires, lack of a muffler/leaking exhaust and other safety items are still a great idea to get fixed or purchased when it comes to personal safety. If you don't have to be out and about, please stay home. It is just another snow storm and by this time tomorrow it will just be a memory.
