Residents, 

Most nights when its like this tire chains are our best friend..... tonight is not one of those nights. We are making our way around slowly but its continuing to ice over. Stay home if you can.

My plan is to go around one more time at 2PM. The plan is to not come back again until tomorrow morning. We have put out a lot of sand and stone. The crew would have taken a foot of snow over this any day.
