The mini coop near the top of the skyvator (sideways elevator) sells
memberships for 1000 yen. The membership gets you deals, including a
point card and comes with a reusable shopping bag. You can turn in
your point card and get your membership back when you leave. There's
a sheet that explains this in English.
The farmers market in front of Hanayama station is open from 8 to 10
every Friday morning. Next week it's closed because of obon.
The word for organic is 有機 (yuuki) and if you're talking about food
goods it's yuukishokuhin 有機食品．
