Missing tk.tcl

Would it be possbile for you to give me a hint
on the following problem, Maybe it is easy for you guys.

I have installed a software called XPVM in a Solaris machine but
when I run the software it sends:

Application Initialization failed:
Can't find a usable tk.tcl in the following directories:
<here is shows 8 paths>

What could be wrong ? What is missing ?
