Hamtramck Monthly Recycling Drop-Off Site Proposal

Hello Everyone,      This past Thursday, April 23rd, the Hamtramck Recycling Commission unanimously approved its Monthly Recycling Drop Off Site Proposal.       The details of this proposal are attached.      Most successful recycling programs start out with a monthly recycling drop off site and this proposal is the big first step toward establishing a comprehensive recycling program in Hamtramck.      We all want a user-friendly, local recycling program in our city and that's why I'm encouraging you to attend the next city council meeting on Tuesday, April 28th at 7 p.m.      Join us as we present our proposal to city council.  If you would like to voice your support for this proposal, you will have an opportunity to address council members at the beginning of the meeting.      I hope to see you there and in the mean time, go green!
