release of hamsterdb 2.0.2

Hi,

hamsterdb 2.0.2 is now available for download.

With this release hamsterdb is now thread safe. Boost (http://www.boost.org) is now required for building the sources.
Approximate matching is now enabled for ham_cursor_find.

New Features
* Approximate matching now works with ham_cursor_find
* hamsterdb is now thread safe

Bugfixes
* Fixed a buffer overrun in the freelist

Other Changes
* Several code cleanups; more modules were converted to C++

Hey Christoph,

Great product as usual.  Just thought I'd let you know that 2.0.2 seems to have broken the .NET unit test "GetError" in DatabaseTest.cs.  It ultimately calls ham_get_error which causes the following error from visual studio:

"The test adapter 'UnitTestAdapter' threw an exception while running test 'GetError'. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."
