It is a setting in Hamster, you have to check the OLE-Server for
auto-start. See menu "Configuration | Automation | tab:General"(?).
I don't know it for sure in an english speaking Hamster.

You have to restart Hamster one time with admin-rights after the
activation of the local OLE-server, so Hamster is allowed to write the
OLE-Server in the Windows registry. After that you can work with
user-rights again.

I do not get this... but I wrote a HS2-Script for the same purpose mixgroup
do some year(s) ago...even with the same ini-format AFAIR. Perhaps I
sent it to the scriptarchive, please have a look there.
