I installed Hamster-Playground on my main PC using the RSS scripts to
down-load various RSS feeds. It worked fine so I thought I would put it on
my local server and so be able to use it for any PC on the network.

I am not sure which parts of H-P to run where....

Should I just run HService on the server and then HControl on the PC that
my news reader is on

or

Should I run HService and HControl on the server and then collect news
from the server

or

Should I run HService and HControl on the server and then HControl on the
PC that my news reader is on as well.

I have tried all 3 combinations so far without success so would appreciate
advice on which is correct :-)
