Automatically try another server when preferred server is temporary unavailable

Recently the preferred server returns "Result: 441 Temporary internal
error, please try later" and the message was put to News.err. As the
pulling is done from servers one by one, maybe the posting should follow
the same way, try another servers if errors occurred.
