Dec. 1-3: 3 day training on Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy
Many practitioners came from different states and countries to join us in an immersion of IHRP that focused on the impact of trauma on one's emotional experience, sense of self, difficulties connecting in relationships and the turn to substances and other activities to cope, survive, shore up faulty capacities to regulate/manage feelings and contain one's experience. Read our blog post about the training.

Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Exploration Group with Elizabeth Nielson, PhD
Mondays  |  5:45 pm – 7:00 pm

Given that psychedelics are being tested in clinical trials but are not FDA approved for any indication at this time, this group is for people who wish to explore their own individual and unique relationship to psychedelics including the relative safety and potential helpfulness or harmfulness of using psychedelics, strategies for promoting positive experiences, and minimizing the possibility of negative consequences should they decide to do so on their own. Group discussions focus on integrating the profound insights, lessons, and even difficult experiences of psychedelic journeys into one’s broader life.
