Hello,
We are pleased to announce that the next cycle of our 10-week online harm reduction support group begins in May, meeting Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00 PM PST.
This group is designed for adults 18+ who want to change their relationship with alcohol or drugs, whether that means moderation, abstinence, or simply developing greater awareness and control. Participants will be introduced to the biopsychosocial model of addiction and develop practical skills including urge surfing, moderation planning, and relapse prevention strategies. The group also invites clients to explore their relationship with substances through attachment and trauma remastery frameworks, which can be further deepened through individual therapy or our ongoing process group.
Fees
• Intake: $200 (sliding scale available)
• Group sessions: $85 per session
• Workbook: $25 hardcopy / $12 digital
