Freedom Institute https://www.freedominstitute.org/ or CMC both in NYC. Those would be my first recommendations. Oh and Barry Lessin is in Philly. Good luck to them all!
BTW I could possibly work with the family if they're interested in rebuilding trust?? That would be remotely of course.

Yes to remote for all if they can't leave DC. Perhaps someone else knows a HRT person in DC but I don't. I can check with our CAHRT group as well later today and Patt's part of that group. Gotta run...DD

I also facilitated and enhanced the harm reduction program at Whitman Walker Health in DC, which is still running, where they have group and individual therapy on a continuum of care and across the using spectrum.
