Does anyone know of a good harm reduction minded therapist in Rochester for a student returning there with cannabis issues?

I'm happy to work with them virtually. I went to undergrad at U of R and smoked weed every day for four years and turned out ok :) However, if U of R or most other college counseling centers, the good news is most therapists there would be fairly well trained in harm reduction.
