Adult Rehab Recommendation

Hey I have a former Straight Inc survivor looking for a rehab for his adult daughter.  She's currently incarcerated.   Has had no luck getting clean on her own.  She's a pretty hard core user, mostly intravenous, heroin, meth, whatever she can get. .  She's on Medicaid.  Any recommendations for a rehab in the Northern VA/DC area that are humane and compassionate? Obviously considering his past in Straight he's not wanting anything even closely resembling that type of therapy. Any resources would be appreciated.

I would suggest that you contact HIPS, the DC needle exchange, and ask if they have any recommendations. https://www.hips.org/
