We observed what looks like the onset of daytime HF band terrestrial
propagation around 0500 UTC during the peak of the geomagnetic
upset.
Later in the day, however, daytime HF band propagation was depressed from 1100 until about 1900 UTC when terrestrial propagation returned to its normal daytime state.
