Hi all,
I’m looking for someone in the HamSCI community who might be interested in writing a short review/summary for QST of Mike Lombardi, K0WWX’s new book, Time Goes On: A Comprehensive Guide to Time and Frequency Measurements, which is scheduled for release on September 29.
Time and frequency measurement is obviously closely related to a number of HamSCI interests, and Mike has previously written for QST.
ARRL is looking for a piece of no more than about 500 words that would be a summary of the book and its subject matter.
Ideally, the reviewer would have some background or interest in time/frequency standards, precision measurement, propagation experiments, GNSS timing, frequency calibration, or related areas.
If anyone is interested, please reach out to me at ron....@gmail.com or 614-705-8363.
Hi Ron:
I believe I have something to contribute. Perhaps a historical perspective on precise measurements. I've participated in the classic ARRL frequency measuring tests since the dark ages. HI!
73,
Eric
