Latest PSWS-Network server news

Due to a mistake on my part, the server's security was set so tightly last night that it blocked even legitimate uploads (arrgh!) - my apologies for that. This has been fixed.  If your system tried to upload yesterday (observations of 2026-08-18, typical 0000UTC next-day upload), please see if  you can rerun that. For systems that recover from server outages automatically, this should work.  Please let me know if you encounter problems with further uploads, it is supposed to be working now.
